In the past year, Michael Jackson's daughter Paris Jackson has been increasingly visible, whether advocating for social justice on social media or making the interview rounds. Her brother Prince, however, has been less visible outside of his own Instagram account. Last night, though, the siblings stepped into the spotlight together to attend a dinner for the Elizabeth Taylor Aids Foundation, which was held at Ron Burke's Green Acres estate in Beverly Hills, Calif, as E! reports. They both dressed for the occasion with 19-year-old Paris, styled by Sonia Young, looking like a lost Olsen twin in a bohemian floral gown from Zac Posen's Resort 2018 collection — the designer was also in attendance — and her 20-year-old brother opting for a blazer with jeans. The close siblings even held hands during their rare red carpet outing when posing for photos.

While Prince Jackson doesn't often do red carpet events, it makes sense that he and Paris made an exception for the Elizabeth Taylor Aids Foundation. The late star was not only their godmother, she was also one of their father's closest friends. "One of the reasons I think Michael Jackson and I are so close [is] because neither one of us had a childhood, and we can relate to that and wonder at how we got by," she once said, according to ABC News. Together, the two relived elements from their childhood, including Christmas. Taylor famously threw Michael his very first with her husband Larry Fortensky at his Neverland Ranch estate, as Vulture notes. "He has been hurt by so many people," she revealed to Barbara Walters in 2002, per ABC News. "I think I'm the only person in his life that has not betrayed him." Taylor later requested to be buried near Jackson in Los Angeles' Forest Lawn cemetery.
Of course, this isn't the first time Paris and Prince have showed supported each other in public. This past summer, Paris and Prince honored their father on his 59th birthday by getting yin and yang tattoos in solidarity. "Sometimes i feel like my big brother and I always think the same thoughts, he just doesn't have a filter and always vocalizes them 😂 though total opposites, like my gooko and I, the inseparable yin and yang work together finding and causing balance within each other," Paris wrote on Instagram in the caption of a photo that showed their tattoos. "Matchies with my bestie @princejackson! ❤️"
