Garth Brooks sells out four shows, a fifth to be announced Monday

In less than an hour, 40,000 tickets were sold to four Garth Brooks shows at MetraPark's Rimrock Auto Arena next month.

The Garth Brooks World Tour with Trisha Yearwood stops in Billings for shows on June 9, 10 and 11. A fifth show has been confirmed, but the date will not be released until the morning of Monday, May 8.

There are 10,700 tickets available to each show. The show times are 7 p.m. on June 9, 3 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. on June 10, and 3 p.m. on June 11.

The last time Brooks played in Billings was in 1998 when he sold out four shows at MetraPark, drawing more than 42,000 people to the Billings arena.
